Haji Khan [Aqa Habib?], son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, and Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza from the same village, have exchanged two jaribs [unit of area] of land in Kushk village for half a jarib of land in the Muzaffari region and set one tuman and forty misqals of wheat for the detriment clause.

Mashhadi Qadam‘ali, son of the late Fath‘ali from Varnusfadiran, has sold a piece of land in the Dashtandah plain and some shares of water to Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, for fifty tumans, one hundred dinars, with forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat for the detriment clause, dated September 17, 1918. On verso: "On April 26, 1924, Haji Khan has sold half of the above property to his brother, Vali Khan, for twenty five tumans."

Karbalayi Muhammad Riza, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Najaf ‘Ali, son of the late Karbalayi Ghulam, as guardians of the children of the late Husayn Ibn ‘Ali Akbar Khuzani, son of the late Mashhadi ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, exchange a piece of land located in Saruh known as Haji Muzaffari for thirty two tumans and two thousand dinars, with one and hundred dinars and ten loads of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause.

Settlement of Khavar Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Mir and wife of Haydar ‘Ali from Varnusfadiran, on behalf of her underage children, with Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land in Farvand Muzaffari for eleven tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Khavar Sultan's husband, Aqa Haydar ‘Ali, has guaranteed this settlement.

Settlement between Yad Allah, son of the late Fath Allah from Varnusfadiran, and Haj Nad‘ali, son of Haj Muhammad Ja‘far from Varnusfadiran; the exchange of a property located at Dashtandah for thirty tumans and a two-tuman fee for the detriment clause, dated October 12, 1917. According to the note on the margin, the wife of Yad Allah has signed this settlement. On verso, on October 15, 1917, Haj Nad‘ali, settled the above property with Sakinah Khanum, wife of Haji Khan, son of the late Aqa ‘Abbas ‘Ali, in exchange for thirty-four tumans.

Marriage contract of Sayyidah Baygum and Latif ‘Ali, 1925
Marriage contract of Sayyidah Baygum, the daughter of the late Qadam‘ali Ibn Haj Aqa Hufi, and Latif ‘Ali, the son of the late Muhammad ‘Ali Ibn Haj Muhammad Varnusfadirani. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand and five hundred dinars that remain the groom's debt; forty tumans for Sayyidah Baygum to purchase of women's clothing, jewelry, fabric, copperware, and carpets; and thirty tumans to Sayyidah Baygum to purchase a house in the neighborhood of her choice. Dated January 23, 1925; on verso: "In 1927, Latif ‘Ali paid forty tumans and seven thousand dinars to Sayyidah...
